31 DC: DAY 6-VIOLET=FEVERLacquer's The Sky Was All Violet

I had this set to post Sept 1, but ON Sept 1, I rashly decided to participate in the 31 Day Challenge!  This polish fit so perfectly for "Violet," It was a no-brainer!  So here she is...

You may remember awhile ago, that I reviewed some eyeshadows from Wishful Bath and Beauty. Those four eyeshadows, named The Hunger Games Collection, are my very favorite eyeshadows and I wear them 5 out of seven days a week.  Imagine my glee when Cassandra, the owner of WBB/FEVER Lacquer, showed a preview of this gorgeous nail polish called The Sky Was All Violet!  I snatched it up as quickly as possible!  

It is a stunning violet base with shimmery aqua glitters.  It also has a mirror-like look.  It took three coats to get it to the depth I wanted it-which is the color that you see in the bottle-but you could get away with two.  

I actually gasped when I saw this polish on my hand. The blue shimmer against the violet is unique.

Cassandra named this polish after her daughter, Violet.
